These are apartments, not aparthotels. I’m rating this 3 stars mainly because we were looking for a proper hotel but were inconvenienced because of the misclassification in the listing. Apart for that, the stay was decent.

This place was great. Very spacious and centrally located. We LOVED the rooftop infinity pool with the killer view. It would have been a perfect check in, had we received clear check in instructions a few days prior to our visit. Luckily, I got a Malaysian sim card so was able to get a call the local number to get a hold of someone to come into the residential building and help get us "checked in", since the concierge at the building can't help.

Location was good for public transport options and not too far from the main bus station.
The apartment is very spacious and lots of storage.
Kitchen amenities are limited but fine if you plan to eat out mostly. Bring your own toiletries.
Washing machine has dryer option.
Views of city are beautiful but the noise not so much. I dont think that can be avoided in places like this. The other room has no windows so not noisy.
The only thing to note is the lift takes a while when going down.
The view from the rooftop pool is spectacular.
Always busy in the lobby area so taxi 🚕 are always Queuing up.

Excellent, centrally located, spacious, clean, check-in available 24 hrs, staff easily accessible. Views of KL tower. Close to Petronas Twin Towers. Washer/dryer in the apartment. Enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend this place.
