Clean hotel in good position , friendly staff . Shower in room ran cold regularly , WIFI was very poor and breakfast was cold and not enjoyable .

My stay was comfortable with a good sized room, the room was clean and in good condition. I was a tourist not on business and there was a good level of noise from the corridors early in the morning. I used the spa which was a good service but the pool area was a bit of a building site so I wasn’t comfortable using it as there were no loungers or parasols but that’s my only gripe on the hotel and once the pool is operational I would consider staying again.

Hotel is getting tired and would not say it’s 4 star. Shower leaked all over the floor. Breakfast on the weekend was very average. They used spaghetti in the pho.
The bed was comfortable enough. The receptionist when we left was helpful with taxi and bags. Better than when we arrived.

Too normal stay. This hotel have too quite service that you will not notice yourself there and staff too feel the same I guess. Things are well and service are normal. Good for short stay in Vung Tau.

훌륭해요 I have stayed here previously and also found it very good. Not sure why others rank it less. I was a a little confused about spa Serices, where a menu was provided (with prices), but then a tip suggestion (requirement?) of 100 - is 150k.

훌륭해요 Good hotel. Good location. Nothing to rave about but also nothing to complain about. Would definitely think about staying here again if I come back to Vung Tau.

Seems to get very mixed reviews. Personally although the hotel is a bit tired the place is very good value for money. Big rooms, comfortable beds and decent service. Staff very helpful. There is a lot of choice for breakfast but from a European point of view maybe limited. However, your in Asia so get used to it. Overall review, decent place andwould go back.

매우 훌륭해요 Great hotel. This hotel is quite old but very tidy central location. Loved the swimming pool. Found the staff very helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Ok. Big room. Bed is comfy. But hotel itself is dull. It doesn't even seem a hotel in the lobby. Staffs were not friendly. One staff was even trying to force me additional fee as there were 3 pax in the room. I insisted and showed my booking was made based on 3 adults and cost was already included in the payment. The next thing he did was to accuse me of stealing an item. I had to open luggage and literally show every single item to prove that we did not take any of their item.
