훌륭해요 There are too many flies around the restaurants and food in the red level lounge. This needs to be addressed. The hotel is beautiful though but this fly issue was off putting. My wife didn’t consume any food in the red level lounge for this reason.

매우 훌륭해요 The other reviews are spot on in all aspects regarding the location, facilities and high standard of cleanliness. When we booked this we noted a couple reviews that implied the staff could be unhelpful / unapproachable. We stayed for 5 nights and are a family of four and all of the family commented on how lovely, approachable and helpful the staff are. Great hotel and all round a fantastic stay for us. We went half board as we did not want to have to find a restaurant each night. The variety and quality of food was great.

Hotel was very nice and staff is very friendly. English speaking is sufficient to get by, but knowing Spanish is obviously very helpful and speeds things like check in up!
The only confusing thing is when booking multiple rooms for our party (5 adults, 3 families) we booked a room for 5 people but the website wasn’t super clear on exactly how many rooms we had booked. We ended up adding an additional room and they worked with us to get us a similar room/same price we had paid thru Expedia.
Overall a fun trip and the hotel is within walking distance if you don’t mind 1-2km (a mile or so) or download the Freenow app (Lyft for Europe).

We were there for only one night as a layover from a cruise but we are a large family. They were very accommodating and we had a suite of rooms adjoined. The onsite VIP lounge was fantastic. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the future!

Superadas las expectativas siempre, es un oasis de serenidad, un espacio de bienestar, una gastronimia con alimentos de muy alta calidad y un servicio al cliente excelente, Fue una maravillosa estadia. Lo mejor, uffff el desayuno, De altisima calidad todos los ingredientes, Super variado con muchas opciones healthy, balanced y tambien Plant Based, si te quedas vale la pena hacer el upgrade a Red Level.
