The hotel is located in a series of buildings near the Vatican. The staff was nice. But to sum up my stay in two words—Bed Bugs. Have bites all over me. I’ll have to treat all my clothes and suitcases when I get home.

The place is HORRIBLE-TERRIBLE, old, dirty, smelly, non working air-conditioning, non working TV, zero amenities, they advertise onsite parking and do not have any, only street paid parking, unresponsive staff, messages never responded, check in is done on a different building if you are carrying luggage will be a nightmare, DO NOT STAY HERE, Italy in general was great, except by this place.

Do not choose this location. The beds were beyond uncomfortable the pillows were also the worst. The room size was smaller than your typical European room. Management is beyond unprofessional. While they have someone assigned to be there they do not have much of an option to help resolve most issues. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The location of the place is the only good thing going for this place.

It was nice that it was close to the Vatican City. The floor can use a remodeling the microwave was missing the rotating glass. The ac was not working. The tvs were not working. The remote control were no where to be found. When we found one there were no batteries.

Very close to Ottaviano metro! Perfect location hotel for the price! Friendly staffs and nice! Clean room and big room! The only suggestion please check your remote control maybe the battery is old.

The host is very kind and the property is very nice

Do not stay here! They have BED BUGS! We have been trying to contact them about it and have not heated back! Terrible place.

The reception to White Vatican is in one location but my room was approx 5 mins walk away. The room was clean. A/C remote could not be found and rang twice the mob lrovided leaving an answer machine message but received no reply. Luckily the weather was cool enough not to need it. Colleagues on the same trip were in other White Vatican locations with far worse rooms.

Very good

Only gave us one key per room and after some of us being locked in the room because others had gone out and locked the room as ones staying were sleeping, they were locked in and had to yell for someone to let them out. We then asked for another key and were told they only have one. We told them it was a fire hazard for them to be locked in and when we said if there actually was a fire the people locked inside would die, he just looked at us and said ya. Wasn’t impressed with service but room was fine
