This hotel had impossibly friendly staff who made the stay a great pleasure.
I won't forget coming back one evening and so many were singing Christmas carols... a home from home!

I did not enjoy my stay; the hotel looks very old inside. The room and bathroom are outdated, with mold in the bathroom, and the price is too high for what you receive.

그저 그래요 Terrible, I asked for a non smoking room, and the first room smell cigarettes. Second room, I found plenty roaches on my room. Photo shown to receptionist

매우 훌륭해요 I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. A special thanks to Rupa, who arranged a really good room for me and also kindly provided a late check-out, which made my stay even more relaxing. Her warm and professional attitude truly stood out. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The bathroom was not clean as shown in the photos -- I mean general repairs required, grout for tiles was black and the tub had permanent markings, the desk also seemed to have markings on it.
Housekeeping was very kind and receptive to requests and swift to complete.

Decent view on one of the busy areas and Skyline in Abu Dhabi. The hotel is located in a very accessable area. Lots of things are nearby that you would like for a couple days stay. We however only stayed for one night and where glad we decided so, as the age of the facility started to show and the cleanliness could really be improved upon.
