We loved our room location and appreciated the front desk staff upon checkin. The snack store staff were courteous and generous with information. We did not get to enjoy the bar or breakfast due to time constraints but we like the vibe and ambience of the property. The only thing I did not appreciate was being told to call in 30 minutes prior to arrival to see if we can check in early and being placed on hold for almost 28 minutes. I hung up just as we were pulling up in the valet. Crossing my fingers that we can checkin early, the front desk apologized for the long wait time on the phone but quickly and efficiently got us all checked in and bell service brought our bags up to our room very quickly. Other than that minor fiasco, our stay was great and we’d stay there again.

We stay hotel 4 days and overall our experience was excellent the staff were friendly and welcoming room was clean and comfortable and we truly enjoy our stay especially enjoyed time spending time at the bar while watching soccer There was just on unfortunate incident while enjoying my cocktails at the bar I notice small flies in my drink and the staff member who was serving me replaced the drink with fresh one I appreciate how professionally the situation was handled . I do have videos of the incident but my intention is simple to provide honest feedback apart from that one issue everything else was wonderful I would be happy to visit again .

Excellent stay!

Great stay ! We loved it!

Enjoy the clearness and nice lobby decor and can see the hotel is luxury.

great stay with friends.

Expedia is deceiving website to book. It showed us the breakfast is included with the package while booking rooms and after booking it did not show breakfast as an option with the booking. We did not realize until check-in at the concierge and the front desk said Expedia did not include it. There is difference between "available" and "included" . Wish Expedia differentiates it better next time.

First time at this hotel I would say I’ll be back great experience

I had a great stay here, the room was clean & the staff was very friendly and open to answering any questions I had!

Great location for exploring the Embarcadero or walking to Oracle Park.
