views were spectacular. Tallest building in Harbin with view of Ice and Snow Park, and Sun Island. Concierge had a long down top coat that he loaned me. All the staff was attntive and anxious to help.

Check in was fast and smooth. Staff was very professional and efficient . Everything was explained clearly and were very proactive in providing all necessary information . Room was fantastic but one flaw was when in the room if you are not on the hotel’s wifi, the phone signal is rather poor so that’s the only thing I would say that needs improvement .

Room is very big and has everything we need. Hotel staffs are very kind and helpful.

Very top quality hotel and friendly staff, my family’s first choice when traveling in Harbin. The manager and staff did a great job.

Great hotel, very friendly staff and excellent service, I had a good stay memories with my families here, my top choice in Harbin. My daughter likes here very much!

We’ve had such a wonderful stay — the staff were warm and helpful throughout, with a couple of them were especially kind and made our time in Harbin even more memorable. The room was clean and the breakfast were so well prepared.

Great hote and services. Definitely stays again and highly recommend.

It was amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton, their service was top level. they clean the room and fill the bottle water couple times per day.

Absolutely 5 stars

Parking is an issue and not convenient.
