Air conditioner worked great

A lovely room, well maintained. Easy to follow instructions for access. Air-conditioning was a huge bonus!

The property was in a great location and very safe and comfortable. It’s great value for the price that you pay. The host was very responsive when I had an issue with the hot water.

Walking distance to alot of stores. The room has AC but we had to beg for the remote for the unit. They said it was againts the condo rules to turn it on before April 1st. After the 2nd day they brougt the remote to us. If you like the windows open when it is cool it is very very loud, espically from 6am on. The place is good just make sure you ask all the questions before you go.

We're happy about the property, very clean . Convenient to shops and restaurants. Transportation, just 2 minutes walk to Metro train and 15 minutes walk to the pier for ferry.

Way too expensive for what I got from the room, old and poor condition and tiny bathroom.

Great location in the city. Close to key areas for food and travel. The completely virtual check in worked ok for us (maybe trickier for less digitally confident people). The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Had a couple of small issues that didn't get fixed but we knew we'd booked a relatively basic stay so nothing that drastically impacted our stay. The walls are quite thin so you're reliant on self aware guests in other rooms which we did have. I'd recommend staying again if you're just looking for a place to put your head down at the end of the day but if you're looking for something more it might not be for you. Our contact on WhatsApp was very helpful and could sort out taxis for the morning etc, but again a couple of issues weren't sorted while we were there.

It pefect the Metro station is in the coner, close to good dining close to shopping and safe area

Didn’t realize it wasnt hotel

The location was in the flight path of jets.. overhead frequently, and on a very busy/loud street. The AC did not work, and not even a fan was provided. We left early and were unable to receive any refund. Beware!!
