The hotel had no air conditioning, no refrigerators in the rooms no service at the front desk. Our phone was broken and the front desk refused to provide us with another phone. The rooms looked like a hostile and the pictures online do not reflect reality. Shame on you

Perfect location for sporting events in Bern. Clean, friendly and excellent breakfast. Will stay here again next time we have a tournament in Bern. Good restaurants within walking distance.

The welcome was lovely, the gentleman on reception was friendly and even took time to tell us where we should visit in the city, and a walking route that offers the most amazing views.
The room was lovely and had everything we could want for our one night stay.
The balcony off the room was lovely and a great place to sit to enjoy a cup of coffee.
