Do not stay at this property. The hotel smells really bad, the rooms have mild and are very dirty. Staff is very rude. Do not book this hotel.

Was ok

We will never stay at Bastion Hotels again. There was a dirty smell on the carpet in the hall way. The room had poor lighting. The shower head broke and came off. The cost of the breakfast was excessive and for the cost there was little selection. We have had a free breakfast at other locations. We did have free parking. The entrance to the hotel was hard to navigate with steep narrow steps up to the door. The hotel was fenced off due to construction. The best thing was the friendly pleasant staff. It is the management and cleanliness that caused us to never want to stay there again. And the cot of the breakfast was too high!

Nice hotel, rooms really comfy but to far out from the town centre.

The room was fine. Dinner was okay, breakfast was much better. Staff were okay.

Comfortable room

Front desk was very kind and welcoming. Hope to stay here again on my future Rotterdam travels.

The staff are really nice and caring

Hotel was good and comfortable, the staff was really helpful but the car park was too small, it was really difficult to find a space.

In transit. Nothing of interest or restaurant convenience near hotel. Travellers transport stopover !
