Very nice stay. Staff was excellent.

Lovely little hotel in a great location. Very helpful friendly staff, excellent communication via What’s app. The rooms are small as is the shower and toilet could be difficult if you were a large/tall person. We really enjoyed our stay !

This was such a bad experience that we left early. This is basically a very small step above a hostel. If I had known this, I would have never booked hotel. Feel I deserve a refund due to false advertising.

Parking was arranged in a nearby parking gargage which made it very easy. Hotel is in a good location walkable to everything. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are a bit small so book a superiore if you want more space. Excellent value

Property was in an ideal location for exploring Bordeaux. Staff at reception were friendly and very helpful with local recommendations. The room was a bit tired and the overall finish wasn’t don’t to a very high standard. The toilet was also located in a separate room which was tiny! Could only just manage to close the door whilst straddling the toilet to move out of the way! I’m glad that we didn’t have to stay for more than one night!
