Clean room but stained towel provided.

For the money, I thought it was fantastic!!

the room smells smorking although the hotel supposed to be all non smoking. Room facilities and amenities are not cleaned enough. they had over booked on my reserved room type so i got down-graded without refund on the first day. it was big disappointment because I had good experience on the last time I stayed a year ago.

It was not so good ..after booking I been shown a filthy room I refuse to stay there then they try hard to replace the bedding but still unhygienic .I demand refund but couldn't happend .so I had to stay one night unwilling.I think hotels should replaced Thier bed sheets so often .

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. There were a few problem with the room he first was The a/c would not work sometimes, the same with the WiFi. Also the power would occasionally go out.

AC NOT WORKNG GOOD, MADE COMPLAIN AND THE RECEPTION IS MORE ANGRY THEN US. FOUND IT VERY FUNNY

amazing stay at your hotel. clean and comfortable. the only this is our room aircond (room 111) is not functioning. i couldn't change to other room because its full house. A slight improvement in your breakfast menu is better. we did not ask much, is just the taste is not that good. an international simple menu or your local menu is good enough is the taste is there.

Good price for the value location so so but not to far from the center stuff are very helpful and always smiling

The location is good near from grand indonesia shopping center .. The breakfast is poor ..
