Wi Fi connection was not stable. Dryer needs updated it take long time to complete the job. These problems have been for long time.

Overall very nice

Smoking smell was there from outside of the window that I had to close the window all the way and turned on the heater whole night which I don’t really like to do it. Otherwise the cleanliness and staffs are great.

Good location.

Room is a run down, smells musty, mildews on the walls. I won’t come back unless the hotel fully renovate.

Good location if you need to be in Banqiao. Helpful and attentive staff. Room is small but well-appointed. Only issue we had was everything seemed to be broken when we got there - our room key didn't work, lights didn't turn on/off, safe didn't lock etc. - however, when we called down, the front desk was quick to act. Seemed like everything needed a new battery or a quick fix... once they did, the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Conveniently located in New Taipei City wherein one is close to most places one needs to get to. Subway station close by as well.

Everything about the hotel is great, value for money especially the room quality. Except that it's difficult to find food around the area, so expect to travel out for meals.

The hotel room was clean and pleasant. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. We asked for a non-smoking room and was surprised there was no cigarette odour in the room which is a rare occurence nowadays even with 4 & 5 stars hotels. MacDonald breakfast was served every morning which can be boring after we had stayed for 6 nights in the hotel. MRT station is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We stayed in room 505 which is the room facing the main road which can be noisy at night. Prefer rooms are those at the back.

Staffs are very kind. Services are good.
