There were no amenities not even towels or a blanket. Just 2 small pillows and a sheet. The outlets were not working in order to charge devices. We had to unplug the tv just to charge our devices one at a time.
I was freezing cold all night with just the sheet to cover us. The ceiling gave me the creeps and it really smelled.

The room is behind the reception. There’s no lock on the door. The duvet was very untidy when I checked in and it had a smell. No bedsheet. There was hair on the bed. There were plenty of shower rooms, small but clean. The hotel wasn’t hard to find but during the night there’s no street lamps. There was construction going on at 11pm, with drilling and hammering sounds.

Si cet hôtel a une hater, c’est moi. Si cet hôtel n’a plus de hater, c’est que je suis morte.
Sale, lits malpropres, planchers souillés, aucun matériel pour cuisiner, toutes les portes sont débarrés et tout le monde peut entrer sans clefs.
Pire séjour à vie. J’ai changé d’hôtel pour la 2e nuit.

그저 그래요 I refused to stay in the room i booked in Sylvabelle hotel in Marseille because it was filthy, stuffy, and did not feel safe.
The pictures shown on the booking site had nothing to do with the hotel i arrived to.
I tried to get a refund and i was told online i was too late.
I m extremely angry, upset and feel i have been roped. I did not stay in the hotel so i dont understand why i was charged for the dtay????
