No lift is the major problem.

Very happy for our 2 week stay there!

This was wonderful for our one-night, brief stay in Rome. Although the neighborhood was not super exciting, the property was excellently located by bus and metro stops, as well as the train station. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff were very nice. The air conditioning and WiFi both worked very well, and the room was very clean with nice/new appliances. Although we didn’t use this service, they do offer luggage storage after checkout which is nice. Highly recommend!

Great no-frills stay in a convenient location, with good local restaurants nearby and not far from the train station. The air conditioning ran cool, and the shower’s water pressure was great. Front staff were friendly. No fridge in the room, and the pillows were on the flatter side.

La chambre était petite. Le quartier de l'hotel n'est pas très beau et il ne semble pas sécuritaire pour marcher le soir.

I am a super picky person and this place went beyond my expectations. The location, the place itself, and the amazingly helpful staff made a difference. I plan on coming back here on my next trip. Even my friend who regularly visits Rome was impressed by the place. It was next to Roma Termini and a Pharmacy. You do have to pay €5 for the AC which is totally worth every bit! Thank you so much for being so accommodating. They even offered to let us check in hours early when I only asked if we can drop off our luggage to sight see. These guys are AMAZING!!!!

WiFi was very good. Stayed in the Spring and did not use A/C. Refrigerator in room but no access to ice.

Clean hotel, spacious room 1 subway station a way or 10 minutes walk from termini

Simple hotel, great for a multiple day stay. Close to major public transit. Room was good size for 3 people. We would stay here again.

Property is newly refurbished, great value for money, great AC, left luggage and a shower for post checkout, which is fabulous. About 15 min walk from Termini. Bed was soft
