Bedside USB outlets were broken. The regular outlets worked fine. Overall a decent stay.

The hotel is very close to the PVG airport. They have free shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms are clean, but a bit smaller than the normal US hotel size. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel if you got to Shanghai late and needed a place to sleep or catching a flight early in the morning.

Airport shuttles is provided convenient transportation for traveling any ways.

Very nice!

It was a short stay over. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was supper clean. . Breakfast was great. A lot selections and most importantly they have really good coffee. Shuttle bus from the hotel was perfectly on time when I leave to the airport. My flight arrived off the shuttle schedule so I took a taxi. The taxi drivers at airport don’t like short drop offs, so they over charge. That’s something to be aware. Over all my staying at the hotel was great 👍

Good

I was in a room on the top floor and perhaps my experience relates my room location. The HVAC system was underwhelming. The room had a large portable dehumidifier that was loud and added heat when the damp room needed to be cool. The heat and humidity had already impacted the room’s atmosphere. The rugs were moist and had an unclean feel. I arrived at the hotel around 10 pm at night with only one person at reception. The directions provided by the hotel to find the free airport shuttle bus. I tried calling the hotel for 20 minutes trying to find out where to meet the bus. Seeing only one person at reception when I arrived seemed to explain why no one answered. However the next morning was the same at 6 am. One person and big line to check out. I didn’t want miss the morning airport bus and left without a formal check out. I texted the hotel with chat the hotel gave me. No one confirmed my text. The hotel needs a management intervention.

Ideal airport hotel. Close to the airport with good restaurants

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado al lado del aeropuerto, tienen Short y se llegan menos de cinco minutos. Siempre es una agradable estadía con Camas cómodas, pero podrían mejorar la variedad del menú del restaurante

Perfect for our needs.
