Les draps étaient très fin et le drap recouvrant le matelas était troué, la salle de bain étais sale le toilette coulait, les serviettes de toilettes etais taché avec des trous énorme. n’était pas propre et aucune commodité, le frigo ne fonctionnait pas et avait plein d’eau dedans de plus il dégager une odeur nauséabonde. J’ai fait plus d’une 20 eme d’hôtel en Indonésie pendant ce voyage et celui ci est de loin le pire. Car meme pour le prix bas j’ai eu beaucoup mieux dans d’autres hôtel

Value for money wasn't there. Despite being on the cheaper end of hotels in Kuta, my stay was not an enjoyable one. The main reasons for this; the shower leaked continuously; the bathroom door didn't close; tv didn't work as advertised; AC barely made a difference. On the positive side the hotel is; in a good location; sheets were clean; staff were quick and friendly.

This is a wonderful place

The photos that sold me on this place looked unreal. Nice Mediterranean looking accommodation next to the ocean. Amazing looking food, reviews stating how clean it was. But, this was 1973.. now it's run down & the uncared for. They ran out of toilet rolls & we had to source our own. The A/C & TV didn't work.. The rooms aren't serviced. The towels you start with, stay with you for the duration of your stay. No coffee /tea station in room.. the music from the bars on both sides & the doof doof crap seems to go all night..On the positive side, the pool was nice & clean beds to sleep in. Not too mouldy.. On the whole.. it's cheap & below average.

Mould everywhere and dirty rooms

1. Asked staff to clean the room. It wasn’t done. They forgot !! 2. The front desk was left unattended all the time with all the room keys out. Anybody could take them and go into your room while you where out. 3. Very Dirty. 4. The pool was a whomp

The staff were lovely. Room and location good but unfortunately no pool which was a must for us

Close to the beach but need to improve room facilities

Everything about the room is fine. Quite large room and comfortable. Very near to the beautiful kuta beach.But the breakfast is very limited and doesnt suit my taste bud.

The name of the hotel is very suiting because they really make you feel like family! When I first arrived I didn't have a converter to charge my phone so the person working there took me on his moto to a store to buy one.
