Minimalistic and just nice for travellers who are staying for short periods, it has all amenities needed, although the bathroom might be alittle too small for travellers who require bigger space Located right beside a restaurant, so it felt safer going back at night Instructions given to check in was clear and detailed

We loved our stay here! Great location in Rome, near the metro, the park and lots of lovely restaurants a short walk away, we loved Osteria La Giara. The room was lovely and we even had a small balcony which was an added bonus. The free snacks and drinks was a nice touch, especially that the water bottles were topped up every day as well. Would definitely recommend for your trip to Rome!

10/10 Sensacional foi a nossa estadia. O anfitrião Vincenzo foi espetacular, atencioso e gentil. Certamente ficaria neste local novamente. Adorei.

Very nice staff.

Great location 100m from the park, couldn't be better. An easy walk to main tourist areas. No breakfast, but a good café around the corner and some decent restaurants within 200-300m, eg al Piccolo Mondo. Rooms are a decent size, airco, Nespresso machine, fridge with water, bed comfortable, decent bathroom. Check-in procedures well explained by Vincenzo.

Staff and Cleaning staff were very nice and accommodating even when we didn’t need their services they remembered us personally and was in a great location

Traveled with my two daughters. This was a great location. The metro can be accessed through the underground walkway. Spanish steps is a close walk. With various options for restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We walked around at night quite a bit. The Staff was great and friendly. Vincenzo was extremely helpful and I was able to locate and use the metro just with his explanation. I didn’t get lost not once and that’s great when traveling with a teenager and a little girl. Thank you Vincenzo and staff for making it a better experience. I have been to Rome before but even my daughters would want to stay here again. We appreciate it
