Arrived at check in time and couldn't access the property until someone turned up 40 minutes later to unlock the gate. No check in instructions were sent to me. Our room had no bench space and the skirting boards were missing around the floor area where ants were observed entering the room. The bathroom had no shower screen with water going everywhere, no exhaust fan or window in the bathroom and little to no bench space. For the first 2 nights of our stay there was a loud water flowing noise from the room above which was reported to the manager

Very average, didn't see any staff, key was left in a lockbox at 1pm.
No sleep due to being by a stairwell, walls paper thin for noise and other guests sitting in the carpark at 1am

Parking was safe and secure. Key entry to property. Staff were very friendly. Toiletries were supplied.
