Leaky faucet which leaked everywhere. Mold along shower.

Great breakfast, personable staff and beautiful hotel to stay in. We were very happy to stay there, highly recommended. Great location close to subway.

Great spot, great night’s sleep

Great location for the underground station and ideal for getting around. Hotel was great. Staff friendly and helpful

Check in was easy, (although we were charged a city tax that had to be refunded as it had already been included in our room rate). The room was tight and small, but had everything we needed. Small bed for two adults! Unable to charge bar/menu to room BUT - super breakfast with lots of choices - this was a firm favourite. Great location for sight seeing and local restaurants. Approx 40 mins from airport by taxi and 15 min walk from Mitte centre where there were really good eateries. We liked the hotel, small room excepted, as a functional, value for money hotel.

The room was smallish but meet all our needs

Stayed at this hotel for doing the half marathon. Looked after the runners well and a decent location.

The room was tiny as was the bed. It was either too hot or too cold. It said wheelchair friendly but you couldnt get in the properry without someone with you to notify the reception to start the lift and getting to the lift was a nightmare. The staff were fantastic though

Great location and friendly staff. Unfortunately the mattress is very soft (softest mattress I’ve ever had in a hotel) and soundproofing is non existent making sleep difficult.
