만족해요 The hotel was conveniently located for us and well priced for us which is why we chose it.
The room was a good size but there were various things that disappointed us hence the 3 star rating.
We booked a family room for 3 but they only left 1 of everything. 2 cups, 2 glasses and the comp coconut water and nuts was for 2 also.
They were really late servicing the room, we went back to our room to shower for dinner at 5.15 and the maid had just gone in there to clean it so we had to sit downstairs and wait for her for 15 minutes
The shower was only luke warm
The breakfast in the restaurant was very average given its value
Very convenient to universal though and the porters were very friendly and helpful

Beautifully appointed hotel within short waking distance to the Oceanarium, Universal Studios as many other Sentosa Island attractions.
Hotel had helpful and attentive staff. The rooms had great amenities.
Highly recommended!

Terrible service and response to a change of dates. Sent them 6 emails as requested by them and still couldn’t make it happen.

Our first family staycation with our little one was much less intimidating with great help from the service staff from the hotel- even before our stay! Our concerns were addressed before we made the booking and we were so glad that we chose this hotel! The Staff, Peter, was super friendly and helped us with our items, offered umbrella when the weather was gloomy and offered our baby snacks! The hotel acceded to our request for baby amenities such as steriliser, baby tub, baby cot, shower amenities, and even upgraded our room which made our stay very comfortable and memorable! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a short getaway or staycay at Sentosa! Worth the money (: Baby really enjoyed herself too, including a quick swim in the bath tub (:
