Our first family staycation with our little one was much less intimidating with great help from the service staff from the hotel- even before our stay! Our concerns were addressed before we made the booking and we were so glad that we chose this hotel! The Staff, Peter, was super friendly and helped us with our items, offered umbrella when the weather was gloomy and offered our baby snacks! The hotel acceded to our request for baby amenities such as steriliser, baby tub, baby cot, shower amenities, and even upgraded our room which made our stay very comfortable and memorable! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a short getaway or staycay at Sentosa! Worth the money (: Baby really enjoyed herself too, including a quick swim in the bath tub (:

Location is great. (2 mins walk to the mono-rail)
Limited choices for food. (Unless you travel to nearby shopping mall for food)
2 stops away from shopping mall.
1 stop away from Universal studios & Oceania Aquarium.
10-15 walk away from the beach or take the mono rail to the beach.
Staff are very friendly.
Room are pretty clean.
*Some problem with the bathroom - drainage from shower area is terrible. (Keeps flooding). Sink's countertop is always wet, because of the design. (Not very well thought of).

Everything is great except that it bothers me that I see dustballs, dead mosquitoes on top of bedside lamp, cobwebs on the wooden ceiling in the living area and a flickering light in bedroom. These kind of fall short pf what I expected from a 5 star hotel

Rooms and facilities were clean. Conveniently located. Access to and from carpark was a little strange as we needed to walk out of the carpark through the vehicle entrance gantry.
