크레센트레이팅 3등급

Clean room and comfortable beds from Sheraton Tung Chung. Great gym facilities. Most importantly staff here are friendly, well-trained and always very helpful. The airport shuttle service is also a good plus. The shuttle service timetable however was a little hard to find (you can easily get this info at hotel concierge, but not at all on hotel website or via the booking site). It would be nice for the hotel to communicate the shuttle service timetable to their guests prior to check-in date to help guests plan their time at the airport.

Hotel très propre, personnel très serviable, parfaitement professionnel. Une navette grztuirvous emmène à la station de métro de Tung Chung, terminus du bus qui relié l'aéroport.

The airport shuttle service is very convenient, making travel to and from the hotel easy. The room also offers a pleasant view, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Excellent service the staff immediately added a roller bed for us 4 people with no extra charge breakfast is amazing!

10min bus from HKG, hotel offers shuttle bus to both Metro station and airport. Very helpful and patient stuff

It was an easy find. Very close to airport And convenient for shuttle service.

Great customer service

The airport shuttle was very convenient and the room and staff was great

Great experience

This is not my first stay here. In fact, I choose this hotel every time I visit Hong Kong. The service has always been consistently excellent. The front desk staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The airport shuttle service is convenient and reliable, making travel much easier. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Every stay has been a pleasant experience, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommended!
