I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel LiveMax Asaka. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a short business trip. There were so many spots that had a mold iltha t you can only find when your eye level is lower and take a bath. They can not be found when you clean up the bathroom when your eye level is high. Typically most Japanese take a bath, it can be cleaner. Also, corner of the carpet, gap between the desk and wall had a pile of dust. They are so obvious because the carpet colore is black.

Short walk from train station to hotel, a couple of convenience store along the way. The room was good for solo traveler and wifi was good so overall was ok simple stay
