Exceeded my expectations really nice hotel beautiful room. The hotel restaurant was amazing.

Cleaning staff not proactive. Stayed in the room for 9 days and the was cleaned only once, and that was upon complaint to the supervisor. Otherwise property condition is okay. Front desk staff okay.

Ok hotel

Very clean and decent hotel. Very good for Omra purposes.

We had a 5 night stay. Not enough staff during check in. Breakfast items were not that great, and it was super busy. We had our light on for housekeeping 3 days and nobody came to tidy up. We finally got it cleaned the night before we checked out. It's great for a budget hotel but it definitely does not feel like a 5 star hotel.

It’s a nice place and welcoming but the air conditioning makes noise like old fun. Transport to and from harami. Apart from the noise of the air conditioning nothing bad I recommend it

The room feel neglected and the service was terrible.

Check in was not allowed as advertised on expedia after long flight from UK. Thrown from one post to another between expedia and holiday inn staff. Ended up leaving luggage at hotel storage and went for umrah Hotel staff unhelpful however expedia team did offered me compesation for all the inconvinience. Shuttle service is overcrowded with people standing and falling over each other amd is gopd 15-20 min drive from hotel On way back from haram you need to change 2 shuttles to get back to hotel of you have kids or elderly you need to race with other people who mostly dont understand english. If you have kids or elderly think before booking and see if you can find a hotel near haram.
