The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5

Nice room, Nice restraunt, Kind & good hospitality of staffs

For the locality intended, the hotel serves the primary function of walking distance to the place where my daughter studies.Except for the rain, the surrounding and the neighbourhood are warm and safe. The breakfast menu is a bit dull, but the dishes ordered via room service, were satisfactory.

Very close to Borromeus Hospital, however there were a very bad smell in the room, and one light was flashing the entire night. Huge difference of price if you pay at the hotel, be aware!
