Nice hotel, great location, didn’t find it noisey. Wouldn’t call it 4 stars though, I had to buy my own toothpaste. The hotel felt dated even though it’s apparently a relatively new hotel. However I would stay there again. Lidl and a good Irish bar across the road.

For a 4 star hotel : 1- The comforter was too small 2- automated wakeup phone was not working correctly. 3- No cable TV. No cast on TV. 4- No bar soap. There are shampoo and liquid soap dispensers attached to the wall, 1/5 full and it's too hard to squeeze. We purchased a soap bar and shampoo from a local store.

Nice breakfast and next to metro

Room was very clean, staff were nice and friendly expecially the reception well done

Clean, comfortable and quiet room at a reasonable price (for Vienna). We arrived very late, but the reception desk was very helpful in getting us settled. We left not long after breakfast the following morning, so didn’t have an opportunity to check out the area. Appeared to be very close to a metro (U-Bahn) line.

Alles gut

Very good hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms and bathrooms, cleaned daily. Excellent breakfast, choice of food. Conveniently located next to the Metro, Tram and food shopping etc. Couple of minor issues, no ironing facilities and bath towels could be better quality!

Very nice place to stay and reasonable rates. Letting us check in early was a nice bonus. Conveniently located to subway(50 feet away)with direct route to downtown Vienna. Hotel staff(Berdan)even escorted us to subway and showed us how ticket machines worked. Included breakfast was excellent with decent variations.
