Great spot. Close to everything and the canals. Great bar and beer garden plus discount for stayers. Would come again

Unfortunately, I stayed during a heat wave, which is not the hostel’s fault, but it was so so hot in the rooms. My biggest concern was noise. My room was directly above the bar entrance and again, it was hot, so we had to keep the windows open (they only tilt open a crack, which didn’t do too much to let the air in anyway). Because of this, I could hear everything outside even through earplugs. If you’re a light sleeper be aware. Another thing to keep in mind at this hostel is there isn’t really any common space. Many hostels have a kitchen space or a seating area/lobby where people can hang out, but that doesn’t really exist here, besides the bar on the ground floor, but I felt bad to sit in there if I didn’t want to order anything. This hostel works as a cheap place to sleep as long as you don’t mind noise, but if you’re looking for a social hostel experience where you have the chance to meet other people that may not be so easy here.

This hostel was a dream! The staff were all exceptionally friendly, the rooms were clean and secure, the showers were also clean, and the location was perfect. Downstairs at the bar was so fun, definitely a hub for international travelers. I met so many fun people here, thank you all!

The hotel is old and needs update. The bed was cozy and I was able to sleep well. The outside noise penetrates the room. This is good for overnight.

The location is super convenient, minutes walking distance to many attractions. The hostel is run like a hotel industry, the staff professional and helpful. Breakfast is worth it. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a budget travel. I was in an all women 5 beds in one room. The amenities minimal but sufficient for me.

Great place to stay and would definitely come again. The breakfast was perfect and the bar was fun. Staff were super nice and the room was very clean!!

Everything about this Hostel was amazing! Staff was very attentive to every detail, very clear on what was happening and what they offered, rooms were clean, the hostel was in a great location to the heart of Amsterdam! Highly recommend!

Clean room, basic amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Lockers available to leave luggage before and after your stay, but pretty pricey.
