I had an excellent experience staying at this Residence Inn! Everyone was very friendly, and helpful. I arrived early, and they were able to hold my luggage while I waited until the check in time. I did some sightseeing and the room was ready when I got back. Check-in was easy and fast. It was also very convenient to have breakfast included. My stay was enjoyable! The only thing I would recommend is to have a discount at the parking garage for the hotel guest. I rented a car for one day and parked for one night which costed me almost $70. However, this does not take away the great experience that I had at Residence Inn. Thanks.

We reserved a room for our trip and they gave our room away. We then had to get another room that did not fit all of my family.

The location, room and amenities were great. The only issue we had was the AC did not get cold for several hours. It was off when we got to our room and the temp that time was 80 degrees. It was hot and it took 8 hrs to get it cold. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Perfectly functional airport adjacent big brand hotel. I can’t imagine anyone staying there unless they had to.
