The family loved the variety of food choices available on the menu dailty

The resort was amazing. The Expedia co concierge, Maria, was amazing. The food was fabulous as well! 10/10 recommend.

Night activities were good for families. Food was okay. Property could be better maintained to prevent roaches. Hallways tend to have foods which attracts bugs that then enters the room. Washcloths are provided upon request and typically take hours or a day to receive.

Booked us in the wrong room.... I paid for a swim up suite and unpacking they said we can move you.. then brought us a room but not the selected one.The shower head was broken, no tv for the first night. Then water bugs in the bathroom . They didn't tell you when you first walk in the hotel they are going to sell you a timeshare either which wastes half your day. JetBlue cancels flight and since I booked with a 3rd party nobody can do nothing!!!!

Staff were all so nice and friendly! loved my stay so much, would definitely come again

Despite paying for a "Diamond" service, that is not what we received. There was no cold beer at any of the bars, and we were forced to drink a new beer called "Canita"; they didn't even have Presidente beer, which is the country's signature brand. The pools were dirty—it didn't look like they had been serviced at all. The butler who was supposed to attend to us only called to ask if we wanted to dine at a restaurant, and the room's minibar wasn't restocked unless we complained—and for the last two days, they didn't restock it at all.

Food was really good , staff were nice and friendly, rooms were clean, some parts of the property were undergoing maintenance but I guess it is part of keeping up with wear and tear. Will definitely go back
