My always go to hotel when In Pattaya.

Good place but the bar next door has a band every night from 9pm - 2am.

For the price, it’s a great spot. Just the basics but beware, the band next door plays every night from 9-2am

Great location. Room was spacious with good sized desk for laptop working area. Accompanying balcony was nice with sliding glass door so fresh air could come in the morning. Bathroom simple with shower, toilet, and sink. Bed was big. Tv had many channels to choose from. Room had refrigerator and hot water kettle.

I like the location

Quiet considering the location

Ac good shopping 10 minut walk

Room clean, location perfect and staff were great. But for the cheap low price you really get what you pay for. One complaint: they need to have safes in the rooms.

Room had broken tiles, leaking sink drain, low water pressure in shower and toilet. Staff was not friendly upon arrival. My airline had changed my arrival to one day early and leaving 3 days early. I had messaged them of the changes well in advance but they did not reply. They made me pay for the one day early more than what I was quoted for the room on my reservation.not traveler friendly

Great lication friendly staff, only negative is some indian guests very noisy slaming doors 3am
