The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate me during the short stay and provided guidance for the continuation of my trip. My room was exceptionally clean everyday and the price was awesome! There’s also a convenience store on the property that made it so easy to get snacks and small items when I didn’t feel like going into the town. I have recommended this property to my colleagues and will stay here again when I return to Beijing! Xeixei

Nice . Clean helpful . Near to airport , good shuttle bus service

Very beautiful place, thank you

Staff is helpful!!!

Every thing is fantastic

Hotel took care of our 15 years old son. Transfer was provided. Close to the airport. Highly recommend

Decent place for a quick overnight stay.

Smoke smell on hallway and room

I dont understand all the negative reviews about this place, despite being really stressed and having no help from airport staff etc. The staff at Golden Phoenix made our whole layover as comfortable as possible while assisting with things way out of their range just to make sure we were looked after. book this place

Pretty decent hotel, not too far from the airport. There's a shuttle bus to take you to the terminal. Staff is very helpful.
