Kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

Always a good stay at the Batman Hill so convenient to the city and train station, reception 24/7. Can’t go wrong

great spot

Staff were fantastic, able to deliver food up to the rooms, helpful with the smoking balcony overnight, and ready to answer any questions. The room was a budget room, but the best one I've stayed in around Melbourne in the last 10 years. Quiet, clean, perfect. The restaurant downstairs serves beautiful food and you get a discount for being a tenant at the hotel. Five star service. Breakfast is on offer every morning until 10am for $35, looking well worth the cost. The only downside I found was the stairs - access to the wing I was staying in included mandatory stairs. However, when I extended my stay another night the staff offered to move me to a room that was accessible, so if you have a need for accessibility try to let them know early. All up, a wonderful stay and one I will plan again.

room clean well i ask for reception to come and fix the heater never came

Paper thin walls

Very happy with our stay. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Fantastic place to stay as close to public transport. Clean, tidy, quiet.
