世界一の朝食、本当にすばらしく、幸せでした。 お部屋もゆっくり過ごせる広さでしたし、ジャグジーつきのお風呂で癒されました。

大変清潔でインテリアも素敵でした。空調とWifiがスムーズでは無かったのが残念ですが、ぜひまた泊まりたいです

I don’t usually write hotel reviews, but our stay at the Kobe Kitano Hotel was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share our experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The level of service was truly world-class—nothing short of what I would describe as a seven-star experience. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring that guests felt welcome and cared for. I would especially like to recognize the hotel manager, Mr. Amin Jabari, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His kindness, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained, making it the perfect place to experience Kobe. It is rare to find a hotel where every detail is executed so flawlessly. I recommend the Kobe Kitano Hotel without hesitation. If you’re looking for exceptional hospitality and an unforgettable stay, this is the place to be. We look forward to returning.

Front stuff was not kind poor information

Great stay

Overall very good to stay, but just one disappointed was a reception guy when we checked in. He firstly insisting that the hotel would not provide a linen(towel, tooth brush, etc.) and breakfast services for my son under their hotel policy. Sounds too much protective stance, and made us very unhappy. He should be re-educated.

An old out-dated hotel. Over priced and rooms small and cluttered.

The location is quite, however a bit far away JR station

Located in a lovely area of Kobe. Good sized bedroom. Best of all is their French breakfast. I was instantly transported back to Province, France. Will definitely be back again.
