Excellent two night stay for a 40th birthday. Fully recommend a room facing the London Eye if you can get one, the view at night is spectacular especially if on a higher floor.

This was our fourth time at the Park Plaza County Hall London, and it was another wonderful stay. Our room was ready early when we arrived in the morning, which was great after a long red eye flight. The staff was as kind, friendly and helpful as always. And our room was nice, comfortable and spacious as always. We really enjoy having the separate living room and bedroom, especially to have a place to relax during the day in between outings. You get a lot of room for the price at this hotel. London was experiencing a heatwave during our visit, and it did take a full 24 hours for our room to cool down to a comfortable temperature. But it stayed relatively cool throughout the week. The sink in our bathroom was missing a washer around the faucet so water would often spray everywhere but not a big deal. Two small things we didn't love but also didn't take away from our great time - one day we asked a concierge to help us get a taxi. He told us to take the tube instead, which we were trying to avoid with temperatures approaching 100 degrees. We ended up getting our own taxi. And the woman who sat us for breakfast was a bit short with us - she told us to eat in two minutes because it was approaching the end of service at 10:30am, even though tons of people were still in the dining room eating. It was surprising but we didn't let it affect our stay. Overall we had a great stay. The hotel is in a great location close to a tube station, shops and London landmarks.

Central and walkable. Close to metro stations. Property is on a weird corner and street walking just outside can be tricky at first. Very close to Waterloo and Westminster tube stations so you can get anywhere pretty quickly. Hotel breakfast was great (we used it several times and would include it next time). Room was a little bit tight but that’s to be expected in Europe. Room was clean and service was good.

Probably one of the best hotels we stayed in London, new and up to date building no normal London grime or old building issues at all! Staff were lovely and friendly and all round great experience for the same price as a premier inn! Seat here not there if you can?

Good hotel and loved the location. We were there on a very hot week and the air conditioning didn’t work great but I think it was abnormally hot for London so I don’t know if that could have been helped. Very safe and convenient location.

Loved it and super convenient

This is a great hotel at Westminster bridge with a direct view of the London Eye. The rooms are ok in size. The bathroom is small. The maintenance is not great. Multiple holes had been filled in the wall but not painted afterwards. The elevators are VERY slow and small. Small things that make a difference. Good internet and a decent TV channel selection. Breakfast is in a very cramped restaurant. Great for business when you are out most of the day
