The property is very close to the train station so it is convenient if you are arriving by train with luggage and the bus station isn’t too far either. Breakfast was great. The only thing we couldn’t get was an iron which we found out no hotels are allowed to have them. Other than that, I’m glad we booked this location.

Friendly staff. Near train station.

The property staff are nice. The breakfast is good. It is very close to the train station. The A/C is working but ca’t get lower than 22 degree

Hotel was great!

The staff member, Lida? was her name I think. She is a lovely blonde girl who spoke great english and was so helpful with check in, directions, breakfast, holding our luggage and getting us to the airport by water taxi. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really terrific with lots of healthy options. The shampoo was a weird combo thing, so bring your own. The TV was only in Italian and it worked beautifully. Air conditioning was terrific.

Excellent for a short stay in Venice. The best attribute was that it is in the same side of the Grand Canale to the train and bus stations avoiding carrying heavy luggage across the bridge. The property is well renovated and the rooms are reasonably spacious. Highly recommended.

Muy limpia cerca de la estación de tren pero no tienen plancha eso fue un inconveniente

The only problem is that they don’t have an iron in the room so imagine the clothes ( linen for this HOT summer ) breakfast great and is very convenient because is really close to the tren station. As all Italian hotels the AC you don’t have access to lower the temperature .. is was ok I had my portable fan so it was very useful.

Really nice hotel in a perfect location close to the train station. Room was spotlessly clean and air conditioning cooled the room nicely without being too loud. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Not a negative but worth noting that due to the breakfast room being quite small and depending on how busy the hotel is, you may need to choose your preferred breakfast time.
