Hotel is in a good location to Darling harbour precinct. Sydney fish market and Star city are all close by.very clean basic room with high bed so maybe could store suitcase under bed. Street parking available. Ok for a couple of night stays.

Nice and clean room and very comfortable bed

I arrived at the property at 23.10 nobody to help me to get into my room, I sat on the door step until 23.47 when a couple of girls let me in. I was emailing the company to be told they needed $100 in order for them to give me the code to retrieve my pass key. I finally got into my room at 12.24 am. It was dreadful a 64 year old woman on her own to be treated in this way. I was given a voucher for an Italian meal and had to choose from 3 items all containing Gluten which I am allergic. The staff where of no help and no Manager available for the whole time I was there. On top of this plastic cracked glasses to drink out of which they did change to glass one's the next day. Dreadful.

Good convenient place to stay for business trips

The room although very small was clean and tidy. A hand towel would. have been useful beside the sink.

Receptionist recognised me as a regular and was extremely helpful and bubbly

Room wasn’t clean and when we asked for the bedding to be changed due to stains they just remade the bed with the same stained sheets. Room size was way too small for a queen room and the wash basin was a part of the room with the toilet and bathroom taking the rest of the space in an already tight small room space.

excellent location, perfect for ICC and parking. Staff very accomodating

Property and rooms are small but great for a short stay and in a good spot
