I stayed one night prior to flying home. Hotel is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but fairly basic by western standards. Overall a good value for the price. If I was wanting to stay and see Sanur Beach there are other hotels closer to the beach, a little nicer, but at a higher cost.

We had the room with pool acess ,was really nice to come back from shopping or sight seeing to slip into the pool.

Enjoyed a couple days at arena living, all the rooms overlook the pool which is nice , no need for a 'swim up' room. The sound of trickling water from the water features around pool was so relaxing whether by pool sunbeds or on your balcony. Only complaints there was a ton of mosquitos in my room when I arrived (I guess the cleaners or previous guest had left balcony door wide open as after my first day when I kept doors closed at all times it wasn't a problem) I don't normally suffer from bites but I got bitten all over my body overnight. The towels and bed linen were grey or had stains over them ,they were washed just probably old and could do with being replaced. The hotel breakfast buffet wasn't very big or impressive and I didn't see any tea and coffee people at a nearby table had to ask for a coffee and then the staff took ages to bring it which was odd so maybe go out elsewhere for breakfast. These wouldn't stop me from going back I liked the laid back atmosphere of the hotel staff are there if you need them

Close to everything without using taxi

Little gem in a great location. Walkable to the new mall and beach where you can dine, shop and walk miles down the beach. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Lots of choices at the breakfast buffet.

This is a well positioned hotel to get around Sanur. The hotel itself has an intimate feel with a courtyard pool which is pleasant. We had a pool access room which was clean however it was in need of updating. The bathroom basin was stained and looked very average. We ordered food a nasi goreng and french fries it was disappointing and I swear the french fries had been bought from the McDonald's nearby and plated up. The were not hot and very average just like McDonald's. All in all good place to stay if you need somewhere to explore Sanur, but only a couple of nights is enough

Would definitely stay again. Good value for the money. I did notice that, like every other hotel in Bali I stayed in, the choice for a pillow was big and hard, or big and hard. A couple of different types would be wonderful. It must be a Bali thing though and not particular to this hotel. My excellent review of this hotel stands.

Calm serene place - probably good for longer vacation stay. Breakfast is basic - egg and toast among a few other- will be frowned upon if you ask for a second cup of coffee. Internet is not good. Not for good for business stays

Great place, will stay there again. Restful and nice pool.

I had a lovely stay. Living right next to the pool was amazing. The breakfast was tasty but quite small. The staff was friendly. Very clean and provided enough towels for the beach and the pool, which was great.
