It was not clear how to check in. There should have been a sign in the entry way that stated you must go to the floor above to gain entrance. Also the elevator was not working on the lobby side and we didnt know you could walk around d the corner to access the elevator from the rear.
Our experience just started off wrongly with a confusing check in.

Keep in mind some rooms have shared bathrooms. Two bathrooms for all guests. Room had a sink which was nice. Also this is the nightclub area so it can be noisy from Friday to Tuesday night. Staff is great! They gave use earplugs. We only got one key for the outside door. Did not realize that would be a coordination issue until too late so if you are traveling with a group ask for another key.

Beautiful, spacious and clean room. Very comfortable bed and handy for city centre.
Only problem for us was the noise from the club next door which, even with earplugs, was extremely loud and disturbed our night’s sleep. Thumping base until the early hours of Sunday morning and other noises throughout the property (no sound proofing) meant we were not as refreshed as we would have liked…. especially before going to watch the marathon.

The rooms are nice and the cleanliness is great! Staff is also very accommodating. The only drawbacks to me are that I didn't realize the bathrooms are communal, and you don't have your own private bath. There is just a small sink in the room. The other thing is that breakfast doesn't start until 8:30 am (I think to keep the noise down and not wake other guests). This is late for business travelers, but is fine for tourists.
