It's Chamonix, so I suppose a very small room and a very small bed is to be expected. I do wish they would at least put a wood or upholstried panel up on the head of the bunk bed so when you try to sit up in bed to read you don't hit your head on the 2x4 that sticks out where your head naturally goes. They do have a lamp in the bed for reading, so I assume they would assume that you'd sit up in bed.
The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean. My room had a wonderful veiw of Mont Blanc.
It was very difficult to find the hotel. I walked in a several block circle several times before finally finding it by asking someone at a cheese shop, and even then, I did another smaller loop before I found it. Note ... it's across from a nice cheese shop on the main shopping street and kind of behind the U stroe.

We stayed here before hiking the TMB and the location was fantastic! The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful- they assisted us with our luggage storage until we returned. Definitely recommend!

Currently loud construction next door during weekdays all day long. If you’re out hiking and exploring then it doesn’t matter. But it’s going to keep going all summer and autumn. It’s a big remodel.
This is a straightforward basic hotel. It’s been remodeled and it’s very clean, but there’s no bells and whistles here. No A/C. No fridge in room. There’s good luggage storage for after you check out if you have extra time and a shower room for after checkout.

Très belle établissement et très bien situé près de toutes les attractions. Malheureusement pour les propriétaires les voisins sont en construction. Il ont surclassé notre chambre gratuitement.
