Its ok bit away from the noise 1 day with no electricity it was maintenance i was told in check in which I wasn't so happy about that but over id personally rate it 4 or 5 out of 10

Great view and location for the money! Overall nice place and you can't beat the price. Hotel is a bit old and does need some updating hence the lower price. Restaurant food and buffet is so so.

This hotel was great! Close to the ocean, the pool rocked, the ac was ice cold! Would definitely stay here again. Maybe next year when I come back!

Fantastic hotel great swimming pool and breakfast, only downside was to get from room to nearest shop was about a 15 min walk which in the heat is not good. There used to be a buggy that would take you up to the long walk to entrance of hotel but this has been stopped due to new hotel owner which I feel was not a good idea.

It is a nice hotel with a gate to the beach. The propriety is huge and even though has a lot of guests, you don't feel over crowded. Staffs are great. The breakfast is more to the Asia tasty, no cheese or great breads. Our downside was to get a ground floor room as I booked terrace and understood it was up with a view.

Old resort needed extended renovation. Stained bed linien and towels. Breakfast rather everage. Small old tv with poor picture. Remote control not working properly. Good size room with balcony and ocean view if you get one. Big swimming pool with swim up bar. Some extra umbreals for this size of the pool would be nice. Good location, close to shops, restaurants, night market and quiet, with good air quality, like for busy city, that might be important for people with allergies. With some improvements, does have potential to be a great resort.
