The breakfast had great options amd was really good. The hotel is easy walking distance or travel by bus to the Vatican. We had the JuniorbSuite and it had a breath taking view of St Peters basilica our the patio and window. We will definitely stay at the location in the future.

El cuarto la limpieza es solo cambian las toallas y tienden las cama. el piso pasan un trapero seco q es mas para recpjer vasuritas q para limpiar....votan las basuras y ya. no lavan ducha ni lavamanos el sanitarii pasan cepillo solo sin liquidos ni jabones. las paredes de la ducha se ve la grasa acumulada desde q llegue hasta q uno se va. la energia se va cada 2 dia en las noches y dicen q hay q cambiar tarjeta. el tel de lq habitacion nunca sirvio. Tv canales solo Italiano calidad mala. tv viejo no smart o sea q imposible conectarse desde si cell para ver algo diferente. No volveria a hospedarnos. desayuno es lo unico favorable bueno variado. y punto bueno para conocer vaticano y otros sitios.

everything is great suggest to bundle up some of the room with a tour. also if they can change also the menu. we stayed for 9 days. and the food is almost the same everyday.

Super clean. Nice bed. Clean bathroom/shower/etc.

La limpieza de la habitacion no es la mejor por que los pisos y los baños no los limpian solo cambian toallas y arreglan la cama, El Staff bueno. Desayuno bueno no variado pero esta bien. el Rooftop o terraza eso es un engaño esta pero no se puede utilizar. Eso quiere decir que si va o escoge alojarte aqui por la vista, tengo para decirte que si estas cerca pero no puedes apreciarla desde el hotel. Si esta cerca del vaticano pero de lo demas estas bastante alejado. que necesitas Bus o taxi para llegar.

Good location. 5 Very close to the Vatican. Lots of restaurants around. Too bad the rooftop terrace was closed.

The breakfast had a good variwty. The staff person quickly replenished everything.

Staff, especially the gentleman on early morning shift was very helpful, very supportive and gave us good information about our travel. Toilet is not too hygienic - insects were found. I was expecting soap be in a dish and not left on its own wrapper.

1. The first attraction we noticed when booking was the roof top bar (first photo in the advert). It was closed for refurbishment. We were not told about this. 2. Building work for the hotel directly behind started at 730am every morning. 3. The building work for the roof top bar on site that was directly above our room started at 7.10am! Banging through our ceiling. 4. The overhead shower didn't work. We informed reception to be told to try again. It didn't work so we had to use the hand held one below. 5. The bed was rock hard and was so uncomfortable. I paid for this room as an upgrade so I could have comfort and space. Not extremely loud noise, early wake up calls because of building work and men shouting all morning. I asked for some refund or acknowledgment and they have taken 0 responsibility and no refund or care given.
