Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach.

Property is very good with 4+swimming pool and 3+ jacuzzi’s. Resort clean and nice close to Lihue Airport, close to POIPU beach, Shiva Temple, Lydgate Beach etc.
only our booking through Expedia ( 3rd party) reservation hotel says we are not getting room service. There is no water bottles in the room.

Bed springs poking us in our sides all night, beds definitely worn out. Fridge didn’t work correctly resulting in Luke warm drinks. Room door was unsafe. As the automatic shut shock was hair triggered and slammed both my wife and I into the door jam.
However, I am grateful for the stay, staff and the overall facility. Blessed to experience the adventure and beautiful journey. Loved all of the people.

We stayed on a private unit and hotel made us feel completely unwelcome, couldn’t even provide us with pool towels.
