Great hotel, friendly staff, great location, breakfast was great. My room was lovely, but some rooms were a little outdated. The pool was a little small and too deep.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff always helpful. Breakfast was great. Had a great week with my family. Would stay here again, no problem.

Was told they had Netflix promised they would replace my tv with smart tv , got charged for the mini fridge , had 3 drinks they didn’t replace 1 so had to pay for 4 . Really loved this place but has gone down hill they just take your money and then ignore you Won’t be going here again I have for the last 4 years .

Horrible hotel would never stay here again, we actually left and changed hotels after a few days. Great location that is all. The reception staff are all rude and not helpful, the pool is in need of a clean, so are the rooms. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here!!!

The property was in a very good location right in front of the beach, which we really wanted. The property was clean, but the bathroom was not really in good condition. The sliding door of the bathroom needs to be replaced. The bathroom shower area needs a glass door, so the water doesn’t splash out. While having a shower, the bathroom is also in a very small space. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite. I don’t know if other rooms may be better than this. My son enjoyed their pool area due to the water slide and water park. However, the water park and slide also looked old and needed a bit of maintenance. Besides that, the property was clean. The staff was amazing. Very helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. An excellent location. Easy access to the beach and shopping area is also walking distance to all the restaurants.

Good location, good price, but had construction at pool and next to our room. Rooms and facilities all in need of a refresh, chipped and marked paint, dusty and cobwebs. Definitely not 5 star as didn't have everything a 5 star resort should have. Rooms are good size. All in all because it was cheaper than other resorts I'd stay there again, but would probably pay a little bit more for better resorts in the area.
