Clean, comfortable, well maintained hotel in a central location. Quite affordable, especially considering it comes with a complementary buffet breakfast, which is middling, but that’s fine. Easy check-in and check out and the staff that do speak English are very accommodating.

The staff spoke English and was very helpful! Centrally located & clean room!

Location was premium. Close to shopping and bus stops and rail. Rooms however are SMALL for 2 people IF you both have a full size suitcase.

Love this hotel conveniently located modern and clean small typical japanese rooms

Once again, another wonderful stay with Comfort Hotel. They were kind enough to upgrade our room and store our luggage so we could explore the city. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I've had in some time. Thank you again Comfort Hotel team!!

This may be our go-to hotel when we visit Naha in the future, we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff is very kind, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are small but well laid out for business travel and budget vacations. It's location is perfect, so close to everything, easy to walk everywhere or get to the monorail. The hotel has many great amenities and offers a very nice free breakfast. We were very comfortable and happy to be in Naha, and hope to return. Thank you Comfort Hotel!

Good value for my money. Easy to walk to downtown sites. It was a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Great Japanese breakfast.

Good central location with breakfast provided. Rooms are just standard hotel rooms: not particularly noteworthy but no complaints on them either.

The lady staff was very helpful and friendly. The male staff were not so, very serious looks at all time. I love their library cafe, a lot of books to read. Unfortunately, no English books. Lovely to relax at the café with free self-service drink.

Very clean and new. Designs are friendly to tourists. Spacious room. Free breakfast is convenient and good. Location is great and just a few steps from railway station and a multiple storey shopping mall, 2 convenient stores just across the road. Excellent staying experience
