Helpful staff CD

If location is what you are searching for, it is a good place, but the rooms are outdated, airco dropping water, otherwise, staff is amazing and really helpful.

The front desk staff and all the staff even the security at front desk were so helpful! I can’t wait for my next visit!

I think the property overall was centrally located within Makati and definitely case to the night venues. Staff at the property were very helpful, friendly and welcome. The building itself could use some renovation and updates as you could see the aging, but definitely livable, and with updates it would be a very good deal for a stay.

The elevators need major maintenance. And access to the pool is a major inconvenience: taking one set of elevators down to the lobby to wallk across to another set of elevators to go up to the pool. Ridiculous. And the rug in my room needs a major steam cleaning. Other than that, the staff is great and the location is outstanding.

Good location! Great staff, clean but dated rooms

Highly recommended

Hotel staff are fantastic

Elevator not working during our stay. Parking is not good and smelly
