Good

As the name implies, the room is small, but the location of the property is super. You can start shopping as you coming out to the street from the hotel. The elevator operates from the 2nd floor. This means that you have to lift things from the ground to the 2nd floor to check in (and vice versa for check out). Cleaning staff must be mentioned as super too. They clean the room everyday. The breakfast is included and served at the 7th floor. Toast and roll with strawberry jam and black sesame spread. The black sesame spread is the one I loved. 3 to 5 minutes walking distance to and from the subway station route 4. Better use exit #7.

The location is great for shopping but the property needs refreshing.

Their staff are very accommodating, we arrived at dawn and they have self check in kiosk. Everything is so near, myeongdong, namdaemun, and bus stops. Would definitely recommend

Not cozy. More like stuffy, run down and cramped. Unfortunately our flights were cancelled and needed short notice accommodation. Found this hotel and booked at exorbitantly inflated price But it was a room... Entering the hotel was only via stairs to the lift. Check-in was on the 10th floor. Breakfast was included which had limited booking times and numbers, as the restaurant was so small and the menu was extremely limited. The restaurant staff were very rude and I couldn't wait to get out of there. The stay in the room was very noisy and so cramped that you had to shuffle along the wall at the foot of the bed to get to the next bed. The room was very rundown with patch up repairs everywhere. Location was ok and only a couple of blocks to line 4. Would not recommend this hotel.

BEWARE. The hotel’s elevator is broken. You need to carry your luggage on the stairs to get to the (broken) elevator, then go to a shady lobby in the 10th floor to arrive to your room which looks nothing like the pictures. Room smelt like chlorine, bathroom as completely run down as well as the hotel itself. Booked for an emergency and went to the hotel 30 mins later. Once I checked in I told them I wanted to leave the hotel and asked for a refund even if I had to pay for the 1 night (I booked for 3 nights). They REFUSED and didn’t even agree to reply to an email to verify I had checked out. We saw two other families with shock when they arrived and didn’t check in either. BEWARE as this is definitely a scam. I would be ok if it was way cheaper, but for the price it was definitely not as expected. I bought in other hotels nearby and added like $50 extra to get WAY better hotels.

Room very clean with lots of amenities, fridge, hairdryer, kettle etc. The only issue was the shower which was good but was in the same room as the toilet with just a curtain between so the floor got wet and there wasn’t much space

Excellent location, small size rooms. Expect more variety of the breakfast
