The carpet in the room needs to be replaced, the showerhead was corroded and minimal water pressure and it leaked throughout the day and night, the sliding door to the balcony only opened with a lot of force, the partition between rooms was filthy, the room was was not even dusted before we arrived, the toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet paper kept falling off, the elevators looks as though they hadn’t even been wiped down in weeks.

Customer service throughout the property was excellent

I like how close it was to the MGM Grand and that you can use the amenities. I didn’t like the fact that we got one filter of regular coffee for four nights and one decaf filter and only two rolls of toilet paper with three of us staying there.

Loved this unit. The signature feels like a home away from home. And having a fridge in-unit is worth its weight in gold when you are in the desert. Will definitely be back!

Great location!

I mainly enjoyed my stay. All staff members I came across were welcoming, professional, and friendly. It was actually very peaceful and not rowdy. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. The dishes, the glasses, and some of the towels were not the cleanest. The room was a bit dated but it wasn't the end of the world. I only mention it to say, if they were to update them, it would really be a spectacular place to stay if you want to be close to the strip without being right on it. Back to the positives; the location was perfect because I was in town to see No Doubt at the Sphere. I ended up walking back to the hotel after the shows instead of figuring out where to catch the bus. It took about 28 mins. I felt safe walking down Koval Lane because it's a busy multi lane road and not a shady deserted back street. What I also liked about the property was being able to walk from tower 3 to MGM completely inside. I would definitely return (but hopefully in a room that's much more up to par).

Huge "room" with it's own Jacuzzi tub, dual burner electric range, and a refrigerator that was actually cold enough. Close enough to almost everything, a half hour walking distance to The Sphere, and tons of good, reasonable eats closer than that. Room seemed very clean, staff was particularly great, convenient great quality food and coffee in the next buildings over. I loved it.
