Great location, great time in Toronto!

Very poorly managed. No dry towels and dryer would not work. Wet sheets hanging in closet. Dishwasher full of dishes. No soap in bathroom. Rotten board on bathroom vanity. Only one key.

Our only real complaint was the complicated check in and lack of response from the host to resolve issues. The location is perfect. The room was very clean. It was advertised as romantic but there was nothing romantic about it. $1,600 is a lot of money for three nights and then not be able to reach the host when needed. Sorry about the review not being great. This is the first bad review I have ever given.

We had a good stay. Check in is a Little confusion, but after everything went very well. I would return without hésitation.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, très propre avec plusieurs commodités. La seule chose que je peux dire d’un peu plus négatif c’est que les lits sont pas très confortable.

I’ll get Straight to the point. The apparent was not what the advertised. The photos that they used was of a nicer bigger and better unit. Wasn’t the CLEANLIEST, but also want the worst I’ve ever seen. I found a silver fish in the bathroom and you see a lot of dust in corners. As well as expired food past BB in kitchen. My main point is wifi. There wasn’t any. It was not properly hooked up. I tried to email, and called 2 numbers that they provided. One number said it was disconnected. The other number was an AI bot. I ended up having to call the number on the router and the guy on the phone walked me through the issue( they didn’t hook it up properly, so I had to.) they never got back to me, acknowledged my issue or apologized. Was incredibly frustrating. I very highly do not recommend. The unit did have laundry that worked fine but when I checked in there was towels and bedsheet in the dryer. For the washroom they did add a lot of different soaps, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush and extra that was good. But not enough to make up for lack of support after I tried to reach out for HOURS. And a few issues here and there I took photos of so they didn’t try and blame me. I have more videos showing more but I can’t upload

The best thing about the stay is the view at night. Everything else is not the best. The property needs to be updated. The carpet is badly stained and the linen even has holes in it. The worst part about the stay is the check in process. It is unorganized and several steps back and forth with the company to get access to the place and parking with all details needed. They also pull fire alarms often and you are like on the 47th floor. Needless to say I would not return or recommend this stay.

Clean room. Was a longer process having to go through email for the check in. Although I am used to the making a reservation check in and done. Not used to the process of doing it online. But now I have it figured out it will be easier next time. The room was comfy and cozy for us and the price point was good. Location was good close to town but not in the thick of it.

Great location and great views . Check in /getting to apartment /parking the first time takes a little work. Places to eat near by .
