We love this hotel. Location is great. Pool is great. Staff is great. Gym is great. Only thing was the buffet was very sub par. Years ago it was amazing. For the price it wasn’t worth it. Other than that. Great place

Almost absolutely everything about the hotel was perfect Staff were polite Room was clean & regularly maintained The valet team were impeccable The only downside we had is the food. We paid an extra £300 for the breakfast When we arrived the breakfast buffet was closed for renovation They alternatively had a cafe or room service for breakfast Each morning whether we had the room service or cafe The food was hard, tasteless and not very nice. Almost didn’t finish it every time. It was so upsetting because we saw on social media the breakfast here was to die for and feel like we wasted those extra few hundreds when it could’ve been spent eating out for breakfast

Good beach.

My experience was disappointing due to the poor service and staff behavior. This applies to the reception, room service, and bellboys. While the room was decent, it certainly doesn't meet 5-star standards. The only advantage is the hotel's excellent location, but there are many other hotels in the same area. I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay.

The hotel is clean and modern. All the staff we encountered were warm and friendly - reception suggested taking on-street taxis rather than Uber, as they said were just as safe and cheaper - whilst apprehensive of their advice, they were right! It's located in the JBR area, so it's walking distance to other restaurants and shops, if you fancy exploring the local vicinity. The gym is well equipped and the equipment is the same/comparable to some standalone gyms. We visited the spa for massage treatments which was excellent - book in advance. The bar/cafe and restaurant had a variety of options which catered to most tastes - couldn't fault the quality. Whilst they have an area on the beach designated for guests, the number of loungers are limited. There is space within the grounds, but note the music will be louder and constant.
