Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, great location and the pool was nice.
Our apartment was well equipped, however it needs a bit of a deep clean as it does have a bit of a smell. The roller blinds have some mould spots on them, the couch cushions were a bit smelly & there was a bit of cobweb on the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms.

Check in poor - after hours bell not answered, some other guests thankfully let me in. The safe was not locked and everyones keys were just sitting there for anyone to take - not very secure.
Room smelt stale and dank
Shower floor was dirty and dusty.
Lamp did not work
Overall not what I would expect for $449 a night. Would not recommend.

훌륭해요 We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and professional staff who made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for our family. We absolutely loved the beach in Mooloolaba and would happily stay here again.
